About Gus

With only 300 dollars in his pocket and a friend in America, Ghassan "Gus" Karim took the trek from Tripoli, Lebanon to Brooklyn, NY. While there, he quickly decided that New York winters were something he could not get used to and took an offer from a friend in Austin to join him there.

Within a couple of years, Gus took out a loan and opened up his own place. He has not stopped moving since then. He has done custom made suits for presidents, businessmen, Hollywood professionals, weddings, and other special events.

When you enter Gassane Tailors, it is no longer an errand or a check off of your to-do list. It becomes an experience. Mission Accomplished.
